Set Up: Lynx with Hostaway
1. Enable Lynx in Your Hostaway Account
2. Link each Hostaway listing to Lynx property
You are only able to complete this process if you are logged into Lynx as the account admin for your company.

Step 1:Access Integrations |
Create an API Key and Account ID for your Hostaway account. 2. This will open the Lynx option in Hostaway Marketplace (https://dashboard.hostaway.com/v3/marketplace/lynx). Click the "Connect" button.

Step 2: Enable Lynx Integration |
In the Lynx Portal, access the Integrations page. 1. Click the "Settings" (gear icon) button at the top-left corner of the Lynx portal. 2. Click "Integrations" on the left side of the "Settings" page. 3. Click "Add Integration". |
Step 3:Request Activation |
Enter the Integration Details.
2. Select "Hostaway" as the Partner.
3. Create a name for the Integration. The Account Name is useful to organize multiple accounts of the same type.
4. Enter the Account ID for your Hostaway account that you saved from Step 1.
5. Enter the API Key for your Hostaway account that you saved from Step 1.
6. Select "Yes" or "No" for the "Should the access code be sent back to the PMS?" field. Note that selecting "No" will prevent Lynx from sending guest codes to Hostaway.
7. Select group assignments for the integration. If you only have one Hostaway integration that will be shared by all property groups, then select the "Shared Across All Groups" option. If you have multiple Hostaway accounts that need to be separated by group, then select the specific groups that the integration should be used for.
8. Click "Add" to save and create the integration.
