| How long does it take to see properties in Lynx after the PMS Integration is set up? | It takes 15-20 seconds on refresh from Edit/Add Property in Lynx after PMS Integration is set up. |
| How long does a full stay sync take once the property in Lynx is linked to a Direct property? | It will take one Hour a full stay sync once the property in Lynx in Linked to the Direct property. |
| How far in the future will it sync reservations to Lynx? | No restrictions as API does not support time parameters. |
| Will Lynx add any additional text to a synced reservation's confirmation number? e.g. 'VSK1234' | No |
| Does PMS Direct Support reservations with multiple guests on a property? | No PMS Direct does not support multiple guests on a property. |
| How often does Lynx sync new stays? | From 9AM to 5PM PST Once an hour. After 5PM PST every 2hrs. |
