Set Up: Lynx with Escapia/V12
What You Do:
In order to connect Lynx with Escapia (or V12), there is a process for you to follow outlined below.

Step 1: | Email Escapia/V12 support team. |
When a HomeAway Software customer (you) is ready to work with a Partner, the customer needs to enter a case with their respective software support team. | |

Suggested text for your email: “Please enable Lynx (Formerly known as VirtualKEY) as an HSAPI partner in our account.” |
Step 2: | PMC's then activate and set permissions via the Partner Picker |
Once added to your account by the HA Software support team, the PMC's must then activate and set permissions via the Partner Picker: |
Step 3: | Log into HomeAway/Escapia/V12. |
Step 4: | Select Marketing and Service Partner Management. |
Step 5: |
Scroll down and select VirtualKEY (Lynx was formerly known as VirtualKEY) and return to the top of the page.

Step 6: | Once back at the top of the page, click the Show button. |
Step 7: | Check the box for the properties you want to integrate. Do NOT select All Properties unless you are onboarding so. |
Step 8: | Click the Save button at the bottom of the page. |
Step 9: | Email Lynx Customer Success Manager at customersuccess@getlynx.co to complete the Integration of your Lynx and Escapia/V12 Account. |
Step 10: |
Once step 9 is completed from Lynx's end, Escapia integration will be available on the your account along with a list of all the reservation types that will be enabled for Stay sync. |
- You may update the list to skip any Stays of specific reservation types that you do not want to sync.
Note: Disabling a specific reservation type will not remove any Stays that were previously synced to Lynx for that reservation type.
