Set Up: Lynx with Escapia/V12
This article outlines the steps necessary to connect Lynx with Escapia or V12. Follow the detailed process below to ensure a smooth integration.

In order to connect Lynx with Escapia (or V12), there is a process for you to follow outlined below.

Step 1: Email Escapia/V12 Support Team |
When you are ready to connect Lynx, you need to submit a case to the Escapia support team. You can do this by clicking here. |
Step 2: Activate and Set Permissions via Partner Picker | Once Escapia adds Lynx to your account, the Property Management Companies (PMC) must activate and set permissions using the Partner Picker. |
Step 3: Log into HomeAway/Escapia/V12 | Access your HomeAway/Escapia/V12 account. |
Step 4: Select Marketing and Service Partner Management | Navigate to the "Marketing and Service Partner Management" section. |
Step 5: Locate Lynx | Scroll down to find and select Lynx |
Step 6: Show Properties | Return to the top of the page and click the "Show" button. |
Step 7: Select Properties for Integration | Check the box next to the properties you want to integrate. Do NOT select "All Properties" unless you are onboarding all properties. |
Step 8:Save Your Changes | Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to apply your selections. |
Step 9: Contact Lynx Customer Success Manager | Email the Lynx Customer Success Manager at customersuccess@getlynx.co to finalize the integration of your Lynx and Escapia/V12 account. |
Step 10: Confirm Integration Availability | Once Lynx completes its integration, you will have access to Escapia integration on your account, along with a list of reservation types enabled for Stay sync. You can update this list to exclude any specific reservation types you do not wish to sync. |
Disabling a specific reservation type will not remove any previously synced Stays for that type.
Important Note- Escapia trains property managers to assign multiple units under a single reservation for group bookings. However, their API does not provide the necessary details for Lynx to support this functionality. Escapia has confirmed that there are no development plans to address this issue in the near future.
