Set Up: Lynx with RNS
What You Do:
Lynx Customer Success team will reach out to RNS on your behalf to receive access to your RNS account. You will need to sync each unit to Lynx. The steps to follow are below.
The Process:

Add Credentials and Tokens to the customer's Lynx account | Lynx Customer Success team | Typically 1 day |
Sync Units w/Lynx in RNS | Customer | When Ready |
Step 1: | Navigate to the units Web/API tab in RNS. |
Step 2: | Check the box for VirtualKEY. Note Lynx was formerly known as VirtualKEY. |
Do this for EACH unit you are onboarding on Lynx. | |
Step 3: | Please ask the customer to check the box for RNS Web Available on the Web/API pod. It’s located on the unit under the Distribution tab: |
Important:
RNS may reach out to you to authorize a release of information to Lynx. Please provide this approval promptly.
