Set Up: Lynx with StayNTouch
What You Do:
In order to connect Lynx with StaynTouch, there is a process for you to follow outlined below.
The Process:

Input webhook URL into StayNTouch | Customer | As soon as possible |
Step 1: |
Email onboarding@stayntouch.com or contact your StayNTouch Client Service Manager. Request the following information: client ID, client secret, and environment. |
Step 2: | Once StayNTouch provides the requested information, add the StayNTouch integration into Lynx using the information provided by the StayNTouch teams. |
Step 3: | After adding the StayNTouch integration into Lynx, retrieve the webhook URL, and add it to your StayNTouch account. |
In Lynx: | Copy the Webhook URL. |

In the Lynx Portal, under Settings in Integrations, expand the StayNTouch integration and copy the Webhook URL.![]() |
In StayNTouch: | Enable the necessary settings and enter the Webhook URL. |

In the Chain Menu, select Webhooks.![]() |

Click Add New.![]() |

Select Generic.![]() |

Paste the Webhook URL from Lynx.![]() |
