Set Up: Lynx with StayNTouch

What You Do:

In order to connect Lynx with StaynTouch, there is a process for you to follow outlined below.

The Process:

Actions	Who Does It	Timeline
Send email to StayNTouch	Customer	When ready
Response with info	StayNTouch
Add integration in Lynx	Customer	As soon as possible
Generate webhook URL	Lynx	Immediate
Input webhook URL into StayNTouch	Customer	As soon as possible

Step 1:	Email onboarding@stayntouch.com or contact your StayNTouch Client Service Manager. Request the following information: client ID, client secret, and environment.
Step 2:	Once StayNTouch provides the requested information, add the StayNTouch integration into Lynx using the information provided by the StayNTouch teams.
Step 3:	After adding the StayNTouch integration into Lynx, retrieve the webhook URL, and add it to your StayNTouch account.
In Lynx:	Copy the Webhook URL.
1.	In the Lynx Portal, under Settings in Integrations, expand the StayNTouch integration and copy the Webhook URL.
In StayNTouch:	Enable the necessary settings and enter the Webhook URL.
2.	Access Settings.
3.	In the Chain Menu, select Webhooks.
4.	Click Add New.
5.	Select Generic.
6.	Paste the Webhook URL from Lynx.
7.	Click Test Endpoint.
8.	Choose the following settings:
9.	Click Add Webhook.
10.	It will be listed as one of your webhooks and the setup is complete!
