This a sample KB template which is categorized in the following sections:
Do not edit and save this KB article. Always copy the entire template and paste it into new article to use the template.
Steps to use this template: (Bold for Title)
Always start with a template and then modify content. This is a bullets section.

In "this" template article Click icon </>
- A popup window will open displaying source code
- Use Keyboard shortcut (Ctrl A) to select all
- Use Keyboard shortcut (Ctrl C) to copy
- Open a new tab and go to Guide Admin

Add a new article
- In "this" new article Click icon </>
- A popup window will open displaying nothing/ blank
- Use Keyboard shortcut (Ctrl V) to paste
Now you will have this exact information in your new article. Start Modifying sections for content. Copy-paste sections if you need any sections repeated. Remove sections that aren't required.
All articles should describe When to refer to this article or the Use case for the feature described in the article:
- Instead of writing a big paragraph break it into bullet points
- Make it easy to read
- Structure/ categorize your thoughts
Use for Important, Notes- Anything that needs attention.
Video- Delete if your article does not have a video.
