Understanding: Guest Portal
The Guest Portal or 'Guest Web-App', is what we call the portal that only the guest can access. This is used for clients whom guests would like to access the door from the internet or using their phone. This is not an app but it does link them to a page that they can access via mobile browser, so there is nothing for them to download.
*Note* This can only be enabled in Messaging.

1. | This is the white label version, that shows a client's own logo. This feature can be added, reach out to your Sales Rep for purchase. |

4. | Lock type and instructions on how to use it. |
Information Tab: | |
In this tab, you are able to view your arrival instructions. If you entered wifi information, for example, it would show here.
They are also able to Check-Out from the Guest Portal as well. |
