How to: Setup VRBO iCal
What You Do:
Customers must login to HomeAway/VRBO Dashboard to get the iCal link and enable sync in Lynx.
The Process:

| Copy iCal Link from VRBO Calendar | Customer | Immediately |
| Paste the iCal Link to Lynx Account | Customer | Immediately |
Caution : Do not add the PMS and the Booking site for the same listing as it will create Duplicates
On VRBO's Dashboard :
| Step 1: | Go to your VRBO Dashboard > In your reservation calendar, click the Import/Export arrow icon. |
| Step 2: | Click Export Calendar |
| Step 3: | Copy the URL/iCal. |
On Lynx's Dashboard:
| Step 1: |
Search for the property in Lynx where iCal set up has to be enabled. |
| Step 2: |
Click on the edit button on the property you wish to add iCal link. |
| Step 3: |
Under Booking Details option, Click +.to add the booking site/iCal |
| Step 4: |
Now select the booking site as "HomeAway/VRBO" |

Step 5: |
Paste the iCal link/URL in the box and click "Save" |
Syncing from the iCal is instantaneous. You will start seeing reservations as they sync. However, it can take up to an hour for the first full sync to complete.
