Recommendation: Selecting a property for testing

1: Select a Property that has a lock added.

2: Make sure you or someone else from your staff has the access to the lock being tested

3: Select a property that does not have an Immediate upcoming stay.

4: Add a test reservation How To: Add a Manual Reservation

1: Use Access Buffer

Step 1:

Click on the Access buffer button to the right of the stay

Step 2:

Modify the Checkin and Checkout settings for that stay

Step 3:

Manually test the Access code on the lock and check if the access code is adhering to the new settings simultaneously you can use the Guestapp to lock /unlock the door or your lynx Dashboard.

2 : Ready/Not ready for check-in

Step 1:

Not Ready for Check-in: This icon is automatically displayed, in real-time after a guest checks out.

Step 2:

Clicking on this icon will change the status to "Ready for Check-in" and also initiate the Early check-in.

( Ready for check-in) is available at 12:01 AM of reservation start date, otherwise Early access code will not work.

Step 3:

The status of the Icon will change to

Before commencing the testing make sure that the selected property is populated with
as much available information possible.
