Prerequisites: Ensure "Enable Guest Portal White-Label" and "Toggle Guest Information Form" are turned to "On" in your settings, and verify you have an active SMS subscription if you wish to use text-based reminders.
Step-by-Step Setup

Navigate to Group settings, Guest Portal White-Label, and enable the Information Collection tab. |
| Step 2 | Now, navigate to the Canvas where you can add information on the Guest portal and select the Text tab on the left side, as shown in the screenshot below. Select a text element and hold it from the left-hand Toolbox and drag it onto the center Canvas. |

Click the green pencil (Edit Icon) next to the new element. Now, rename the field to "Additional Guest Names" and click on "Save." |
| Step 4 | Toggle the Required switch to "On" to ensure the field must be completed before check-in. |

Now you can update your Brand colour and font on the Guest portal by clicking on the edit icon on Manage Form Settings. Review the Live Mobile Preview on the right side of the screen, then click Save. |
