How To: Add Lynx Access Codes in Cloudbeds
Adding Lynx access codes in Cloudbeds can save you time and allow you to send Lynx access codes directly from Cloudbeds. By having this information included in your correspondence, your guests will be far less likely to call for their access codes or ask for help with the locks. You will be able to see the reservation's access code in Cloudbeds as well which will in turn saves time when you need to login to the Lynx portal to get the Guest access code.
We have created two custom fields;
There is one for single room only and another one multiple rooms associated with a reservation.
You can choose which unit should get multiple access codes on the Integrations page in Lynx.
When Cloudbeds is setup as an integration, Lynx will automatically create a Custom Field in Cloudbeds called “LYNX_ACCESS_CODE”. This custom field will receive the guest access code for every reservation. Do not delete this custom field.
How to view Lynx access code in Cloudbeds?
Step 1: | Log in to Cloudbeds. |
Step 2: | Select the reservation from the dashboard. |
