How To: Add Lynx Access Codes in Cloudbeds
Adding Lynx access codes in Cloudbeds can save you time and allow you to send Lynx access codes directly from Cloudbeds. By having this information included in your correspondence, your guests will be far less likely to call for their access codes or ask for help with the locks. When Cloudbeds is setup as an integration, Lynx will automatically create a Custom Field in Cloudbeds called “LYNX_ACCESS_CODE”. This custom field will receive the guest access code for every reservation. Do not delete this custom field.
