1. Guest Service Training
This is a short 20-minute video for staff training, The video covers all the basic features of the software that a guest communicating staff should know.

In Lynx, all activity for a property(s) creates an audit trail so you always know what's happening. All activities are stored in the Notifications section under the bell icon.

Use Share a key option to create Temperorary access codes.
