How To: Reset SmartThings V3 and Mesh Hub
Important Note: Only the hub that was purchased from Lynx should be reset by the agent.
Never reset a hub that was bought elsewhere.

How to reset SmartThings STV3 Hub
- First, unplug the power cable from the back. Then, using a paperclip or similar tool, hold down the RESET button. Continue to hold the button while reinserting the power cable, and the LED on the front switches from flashing yellow to solid yellow.
Note: If you do not release the button within a few seconds after the LED switches to solid
yellow, the hub may not begin the reset.
- To reset your hub, you will need to wait for 10-15 minutes for it to complete a full factory reset. During this time, the hub's LED will blink green and red. Once the reset is complete, you can proceed to reconnect the hub to SmartThings.

Note: If you're experiencing difficulties in resetting the hub, it's recommended to review the
hub's warranty status. If the hub is still under warranty, it's suggested to contact Sagar or Ken
for further instructions on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

How to reset Mesh Hub
- Disconnect the power cable from the hub, and then reconnect it. Next, insert a small tool into the hub's RESET button, located on the back of the hub. Remove the tool when the LED on the front goes dark. The LED will reboot and blink red and green when the hub is ready for pairing.
