Audit trails will log door access events by user but won’t explicitly specify RFID use yet. So as long as you know the user, you will be able to see their access in the notifications section in Lynx. |
Do these RFIDs expire? | RFID cards are permanent credentials with no expiration unless manually removed. |
When to deactivate a card and when to delete a card? |
Lynx allows you to delete or deactivate RFID cards associated with users. Delete an RFID when it's no longer needed or needs reassignment. For temporary access restrictions, such as staff on vacation, deactivate the card and reactivate it when needed. |
