The Process/ Checklist:

2.	Create Account	Sign up at https://app.getlynx.co
3.	Enable PMS Integration	Guesty Hostfully (If you don't use a PMS, skip this step)
4.	Add Payment	Add Card/ Bank
5.	Add Property	Add Property
6a.	Order Hardware (optional)	Click the cart icon on the top right to order pre-programmed devices using the Hardware Order Form. Install devices for a plug-and-play experience. or skip to 6b.
6b.	Existing Hardware	Already have compatible August connected locks? Add August Lock(s)
7.	Users, Groups, Workflow	Begin here to find all the articles you will need to set up: Set up Groups Add all your staff members as users. Set up Guest check-out notification Add Maintenance notification recipients Add Smart Workflows for real-time field notifications Register for the Training Webinar
8.	Owner Access	If you are a PMC/ VRM, that manages properties on behalf of the owners, provide owners with their own access code by using Share A Key
9.	Messaging (Email, Text & Guest Web App: No Download)	Start with Messaging Overview Open this demo link of the guest web app on the browser of your phone to understand the user interface: https://demo.guest.getlynx.co/ Add the information specific to the property used in the tags in the messaging template. Update Property Location & Details Section sections of the property. Set Up Templates and Automation See Tips & Tricks for Messaging Setup If you don't have the time to finish the Messaging setup, you can send guests the access information using Default Access Email from Lynx Ask the Lynx team to enable the outgoing messages for your account.
