Set-Up: Lynx with Guesty
Guest information is sent to Lynx when a reservation is confirmed and in turn, Lynx will send an email to the guest with information on how to set up their access. Lynx will need an API token to do this.
It's important to note that the process of generating a new lock access code when a guest booking is confirmed is not instantaneous. This means that if Guesty is set up with an automated message to be sent "at confirmation", there will not be an access code in the message.
What You Do:
Request an API token from Guesty, and then enter the information into Lynx.
What Are Tokens:
Tokens are pieces of information that allow Lynx and Guesty to communicate.
