How long does it take to see properties in Lynx after the PMS Integration is set up?	15-30 seconds after the integration is added on Lynx.
How long does a full stay sync take once the property in Lynx is linked to a Hostaway property?	Full sync is triggered immediately after the property is linked. Typically, the Stays will sync within 1-2 minutes (depending on the number of Stays to import)
How far in the future will it sync reservations to Lynx?	There is no restriction.
Will Lynx add any additional text to a synced reservation's confirmation number? e.g. 'VSK1234'	No
Does this PMS Support reservations with multiple guests on a property?	No
How often does Lynx sync new stays?	Stays synced via webhooks are added 10-15 seconds after it is created on the PMS. Backup Scheduler runs every 2 hours which will sync all Stays modified in the last 24 hours.
How often does Lynx sync update(s) to an already synced stay? Updates include modifications like date, time, guest information, a move of the stay between properties, and cancelation.	Stays synced via webhooks are added 10-15 seconds after it is created on the PMS. Backup Scheduler runs every 2 hours which will sync all Stays modified in the last 24 hours.
Does Lynx sync all confirmed reservations without checking the pre-check-in status? Examples of Pre-check-in status is: Payment, ID Verification, Contract status	Sync all confirmed reservations. No pre-check-in conditions are available.
Does updating the Check-in/Checkout time in the PMS, update the Checkin/Checkout time in Lynx?	Yes
Does Lynx sync the guest's phone number?	Yes
Does Lynx sync the guest's email address?	Yes
Does Lynx sync the owner's stays?	PMS does not categorize their Stays with different types.
Does Lynx push the guest access code back to the PMS?	Yes Runs every 1 hour for reservations where the access is not pushed
How long does it take for PMS to receive the Lynx access code?	It receives the code instantly.
Is any setup required in the PMS portal to receive the Lynx access code?	NA
Where can the Lynx-generated code be found in the PMS?	Reservation page -> Door codes
