How long does a full stay sync take once the property in Lynx is linked to a StayNTouch property? | Full sync is triggered immediately after the property is linked. Typically, the Stays will sync within 1-2 minutes (depending on the number of Stays to import) |
How far in the future will it sync reservations to Lynx? | No restriction |
Will Lynx add any additional text to a synced reservation's confirmation number? e.g. 'VSK1234' | NA |
Does this PMS Support reservations with multiple guests on a property? | No, this feature is not supported by StayNTouch. Lynx will only sync the primary guest |
How often does Lynx sync new stays? | Reservations synced via webhooks are added 10-15 seconds after it is created on the PMS. Backup Scheduler runs every 5 hours which will sync all reservations modified in the last 12 hours. The second Backup scheduler runs once per day which will sync all reservations starting in the next three days. |
How often does Lynx sync update(s) to an already synced stay? Updates include modifications like date, time, guest information, a move of the stay between properties, and cancelation. |
