Understanding: Lynx Usage Statistics

The Reports section of the Lynx Dashboard now has a feature that at the top that shows your account's usage statistics. These statistics provide a clear view on how your account is using the Lynx software. It will show the following 4 categories:

Keys Created
Real-Time Notifications
Email and SMS Sent
Guest Portal Usage

Below, you will see what exactly is calculated in each category:

Keys Created	Access codes created on Smart Locks, Digital Keys, Algorithm Locks for the following Access Code types: Guests Shared Keys Staff Codes Task Notification Codes Guest Checkout Codes Emergency Codes Digital Keys	Access codes created using a Towel Tracker
Real Time Notifications:	Emails and SMS send for Smart Workflows Guest Service Requests Received Approved Denied Inbox Messages Notifications Open Closed Check-in and Checkout status updated on PMS For Cloudbeds only Access code updated on PMS only where feature is supported	Email and SMS sent for Smart Rules
Email and SMS Sent:	Default Access code Emails and SMS All categories' of Automation Emails and SMS Shared Keys Access code Emails and SMS Guest Services Emails and SMS 'Contact Us' Emails from the Guest app Occupancy Reports on the Reporting page	Access code mismatch emails
Guest Portal Usage:	A percentage indicating the number of the customer's Guest using/used the Guest app to gain access to the property during a Stay.
