How to: Use Guest Services Reports
This article will detail the Guest Services Reports. This can be found on the reports tab on the Lynx Dashboard:
Overview:
1. Guest Services: In the reports tabs, you must scroll down to the Guest Services section to see the specific details. By default, this will show you everything on your account, but if you want to specify by group, you can use the groups search on the right side of the dark green bar.
2. Date Range: Date Range for the report:
- If the Service purchased is Early check-in then
- The service Start Date will be the Check-in date of the reservations.
- If the Service purchased is Late Checkout then
- The service Start Date will be the Checkout date of the reservations.
- If the Service purchased is a Custom service but purchased Before Check-in then
- The service Start Date will be the Check-in date of the reservations.
- If the Service purchased is a Custom service but purchased during Stay then
- The service Start Date will be the Custom service purchase date.
3. Status: This shows the number of services that have been approved and the amount of money earned from those approvals.
4. Graph: This is a graphical representation of the data.
5. Download: Download report sub-segments in a .csv Format. This is based on the selected Date Range.
6. Refresh: Clicking this button will load the most recent information available. ( Reports are currently updated in real-time )
