FAQ: Users

Question:	Is it possible to change user access codes?
Answer:	Yes, you can change the assigned code in the user profile details. This can be found under the 'Users' tab, there is a button next to the user's access code.
Question:	If I need to change user access codes or an email address of a user what do I do?
Answer:	In order to change a user access code or an email address, you will have to delete the user and add them again with the new codes. Make sure to link them after adding them again.
Question:	Can I assign the same code to all users?
Answer:	For security purposes, you cannot assign the same codes to all users.
Question:	How do I know which user has accessed the property?
Answer:	You can check this information from the notifications as to who has accessed the property and when. The notifications are created based on all activity on the locks. Learn more about Notifications.

Question:	What is a Task notification code?
Answer:	A task notification code/task completion code is a code that can trigger the workflow. For Example, a housekeeper can enter their task notification code into the lock and a notification can be sent to the next guest for that day letting them know that they can now access the property early.
