The Boarding Pass is a quick verification process in the Guest Portal that guests must complete before they can access important stay details. This process helps ensure that the right guest is accessing the booking and that all required information and agreements are completed before arrival. Once the Boarding Pass is completed, guests will be able to view important information such as
- Wi‑Fi credentials
- Door/access codes
- Check‑in instructions

The Boarding Pass helps make the check-in process safe and smooth for everyone -properties, you, and guests. Completing the Boarding Pass helps ensure a secure and hassle-free check-in experience.

Guests receive a secure Guest Portal link via:SMS &Email. When they open the link, they are taken directly into the Boarding Pass journey.
Step-by-Step Process to configure the boarding pass and how you can track the status
Guests must complete the following steps in the exact order shown below:
- Stay Confirmation: Guests verify their booking by confirming key details (such as name, dates, or booking reference).
- Guest Information Form: Guests submit required personal and stay information (for example: phone number, ID upload, date of birth, number of guests, etc.).
- Agreement Form: Guests review and digitally sign, accepting the terms and conditions: House rules, Local compliance or regulatory terms
The Boarding Pass process is designed to be interruption-safe, ensuring guests can complete the process without worrying about losing their progress. If a guest experiences any interruption during the process, the system automatically saves the guest’s progress throughout the process. When the guest returns, they can simply resume from the last completed step.
You can view the following information in the Lynx Portal:
Boarding Pass status per booking (Not Started / In Progress / Completed)
- Which guest(s) have completed their steps?
- Pending forms or missing agreements
- Timestamps of completion
Based on the above scenario, this allows you to:
Follow up with guests who have not completed verification
