Understanding: Boarding- Pass Automation and Workflow
The Boarding Pass Workflow in Lynx Smart Workflow automates the collection of guest information and the signing of agreements. This guide explains how automated notifications keep hosts informed in real-time when guests complete these essential check-in steps.
Privacy First: To keep your information secure, we now redact or hide personal details—like names, phone numbers, and addresses—in all internal support screenshots and documentation.
Professional Messaging: We’ve simplified our automated notifications by removing casual sign-offs (such as "Cheers" or "Regards") to ensure a clean and consistent tone.
