Understanding: Messaging and Guest Portal Template Tags
When creating an email, SMS, or Guest Portal template in Lynx Messaging, you can use tags to include information specific to the guest's stay. Tags allow you to send a guest's access code and/or instructions, directions to a property, pet policies, and more, without hard-coding each outgoing message with these details individually.

Lynx provides a number of tags to customize your email templates, and each one pulls its data from a different area of the Lynx software. Below you can find a complete list of each tag, along with the purpose of the tag and where to configure the corresponding information in the Lynx UI
Important- All types of restrictions have been removed from Email Templates.
Now, customers can paste as much content as needed in each field.
List of Tags to configure in Lynx Messaging:
