How To: White Label Your Messaging & Guest Portal
What is White Label:
What is White-label? This add on allows you to add your company logo, brand colors to all outgoing emails as well as the Guest Portal.
When guests see this communication it will feel like it is your company app, if they click on your logo it will take them to your website. It is your brand interacting with the guests.
Once you are ready to add White Label service to your account, you can proceed to setup for your account under the 'Groups' tab. ."
The Process: White Label Setup
Click Groups from the Lynx Dashboard:
Select the 'Group' you are setting up White Label for to expand.
- White Label is set up by 'Group' - this allows custom messaging/ branding to be set for different regions, buildings or other groups of properties.
- If you have multiple hotel/motel brands in your portfolio or a different logo for each location, you can do different settings at each respective Group.
- To apply White Label settings to all properties, set up the White Label settings on a group that contains all properties.
Customize the White label as per your requirement with a live preview available on the right side of the screen.
