Understanding: Messaging Template Tags
When creating an email or SMS template in Lynx Messaging, you can use tags to include information specific to the guest's stay. Tags allow you to send a guest's access code and/or instructions, directions to a property, pet policies, and more, without hard-coding each outgoing message with these details individually.

Lynx provides a number of tags to customize your email templates, and each one pulls its data from a different area of the Lynx software. Below you can find a complete list of each tag, along with the purpose of the tag and where to configure the corresponding information in the Lynx UI
Important- All types of restrictions have been removed from Email Templates.
Now, customers can paste as much content as needed in each field.
