How to: Saffire EVO Installer Guide
This guide will show you how to set up the Saffire EVO locks on-site
You cannot start this process until you have received the invite from the account Owner!
Please reach out to the account owner to have them send you the invite.
The Process:

Accept the invitation and create your password

Step 1: | Select the site to which the lock belongs |
Step 2: |
Put the Saffire EVO lock into commissioning mode by waking up the lock and entering "*#*#" ("Asterisk Pound Asterisk Pound") on the keypad.
The lock's LED will begin to flash "blue" and should now be displayed in the app under Site details. |
Step 3: | Select the lock from the list that is being commissioned to view the lock details. |
Step 4: | From the Lock details screen, select Configure Network. |
Step 5: | Enter the Wi-Fi network SSID and Password and select Apply Wi-Fi Credentials. If commissioning multiple locks at the same site with the same SSID and Password, select Remember these Wi-Fi credentials. |
Step 6: | Select the appropriate time zone where the lock is being installed and select Apply Time Settings. The app will automatically send the current date and time based on the selected time zone. |
Step 7: |
Enter the lock name and select Start Commissioning. The lock name should correspond to the naming of the property in Lynx. |
Step 8: |
Once the lock has been successfully commissioned to the site, it will appear in the list of locks on the Site Details screen and will also be searchable using the "magnifying glass" search button located in the top right corner of the screen. |
