How to: Enable 2.4 GHz network on StayFi Devices
This is a KB article that will show you how to enable a specific 2.4 GHz network
By default, the main network has a dual-band capability, but for the Smart Devices (Locks, Thermostats, and Sensors) to work, you should enable a 2.4. GHz network only.

Step 1: |
Log into your StayFi account. This will take you to the StayFi web portal where you can access your account and device settings. |
| Step 2: | Once logged in, navigate to the Wireless Networks tab: |

You can enable that by clicking the 'Add 2.4 GHz Admin Network': |
| Step 4: | Once completed, you will see another network, that is specific to the 2.4 GHz network. |
