Understanding: Lynx Guest Portal
Your host provides digital access to the property and amenities of your stay through the Lynx Guest Portal, which you can access through your mobile phone's built-in browser - no app download is needed! You can see details on the features and functions of the Guest Portal below.

Log in to access your Virtual Key:

| You will receive a text and/or email from your host with a link to log into the Guest Portal. | Click the link to open the Guest Portal in your mobile device browser. Here you can create a password or enter your login credentials to log into the Guest Portal. |

Before Checking In:

| The Guest Portal dashboard shows trip information, host contact details, and trip-planning details like weather, property address, and link to open travel directions to the property. |
You can share a Virtual Key with other guests in your group, too! This allows your other guests to use the Guest Portal, and create their own unique code to unlock the door(s) at the property.

Easily Boarding Pass & Guest Portal Updates
- Reliable Tracking: Fixed an issue with completion tracking to ensure guest progress is accurately recorded.
- Smoother Uploads: Resolved document upload errors on the guest portal, allowing guests to submit files seamlessly.'
- UI & Branding Fixes: We corrected layout issues with expanded/collapsed sections and fixed white-label color mapping to ensure your custom branding displays perfectly.
- Camera Integration: We added a new camera widget support, allowing guests to take and upload photos directly within the form.
- Readable Date Formats: Downloaded CSV reports now display actual, easy-to-read dates instead of raw Unix timestamps.
- Accurate Filtering: Resolved an issue where the Pre-Check-In report was not filtering correctly by "Group" under the Reports section.
- Clean Layout: Updated the report title for better clarity and organization.
Checking In + During your Stay:

| After checking in, you can unlock any door(s) connected to the property using the Tap-to-Unlock button in the Guest Portal, or directly on the lock's keypad with your access code. | Any other smart devices connected to the property can also be controlled in the Guest Portal! Just click the button for the matching device type to change settings. |
Switching Between Multiple Stays:

| If you've booked multiple rooms in the same reservation, you can toggle between them by clicking the "Trip" icon in the top-right corner of the Guest Portal. | From the "Current Trip" menu, select the stay that you want to access from the list. |
Checking Out:
