Set Up: Lynx with Direct

This article provides a comprehensive guide for setting up Lynx lock access control automation with Direct.

What You Do:

Customers must find their Organization (Org) ID in their Direct account.

The Process:

Actions	Who Does It	Timeline
Direct Account>Settings>Integrations	Customer	Immediately
Add Ord ID to Lynx	Customer	Immediately
Activate Direct sync in Lynx Account	Customer	Immediately

Steps to follow on Direct's Integrations Page:

	Actions
Step 1:	Login to your Direct Account. Go to Settings>Integrations
Step 2:	Copy/ Note your Organization ID

Steps to follow In Lynx:

	Actions
Step 1:	In the Lynx Portal, access the Integrations page.
Step 2:	Click Integrations on the left side and Click Add Integration.
Step 3:	Enter the Integration Details you retrieve from Direct. Category: PMS/Booking Site Partner: Direct Integration Name: Create a name for the Integration. Organization ID: Retrieved from Direct Click Add to save.
