This feature allows us to update the status of the reservation on Cloudbeds.
- Guest check-in
When Lynx detects guest code usage for the first time, along with creating a notification on Lynx, the reservation status is updated to "IN-HOUSE" on Cloudbeds.

- Guest Checkout
When Lynx detects guest checkout code usage, along with creating a notification on Lynx and processing the workflow, the reservation status is updated to "CHECKED OUT" on Cloudbeds.

Pre-requisites to enable the feature:
- Cloudbeds integration will need to be re-authorized by the customer from the Integrations page to grant Lynx access to update the reservations on Cloudbeds.
Currently, the integrations page does not have a "Re-authorize" button for integrations which is in Authorized status. This will be added next week. - The Smart app on the Smartthings account needs to be updated to use the latest version.
Version number: 4.6.4 or higher.
Limitations:
- The feature is available only for locks on Smart locks.
- The reservation can be updated to "CHECKED OUT" by Lynx only if there is no balance due on the reservation when the guest checkout code is used.
Do not Use "Add Split" option on Cloudbeds. When this feature is used, Cloudbeds sends
incorrect information to Lynx forcing the access code for the guest to change every 30 minutes.
This will impact your guest's ability to successfully check-in
To avoid this issue use "Add Accommodation"
1. Goto" Edit Reservation"
2. "Add Accommodation"
3. Add check-in checkout time click "Search" and select the room type.
You will see a new reservation ID created for the Sub-stay.
