Set Up: Lynx with StayNTouch

What You Do:

This knowledge base article outlines the process for connecting Lynx with StayNTouch. By following the steps below, you will successfully integrate these two systems.

The Process:

Input webhook URL into StayNTouch	Customer	As soon as possible

Detailed Steps:

Step 1:Email StayNTouch CSM	Email onboarding@stayntouch.com or contact your StayNTouch Client Service Manager. Request the following information: client ID, client secret, and environment.
Step 2: Add integration on Lynx	Once StayNTouch provides the requested information, add the StayNTouch integration into Lynx using the information provided by the StayNTouch teams. You can refer to the article How To: Add a New Integration
Step 3: Retrieve the webhook	After adding the StayNTouch integration into Lynx, retrieve the webhook URL, and add it to your StayNTouch account.

Steps to follow on Lynx and StayNtouch:

Step 1: On Lynx portal	Copy the Webhook URL.
Step 2:	In the Lynx Portal, under Settings in Integrations, expand the StayNTouch integration and copy the Webhook URL.
Step 3:On StayNTouch portal	Enable the necessary settings and enter the Webhook URL on StayNTouch portal
Step 4:	1. Access Settings.
Step 5:	In the Chain Menu, select Webhooks.
Step 6:	Click Add New.
Step 7:	Select Generic.
Step 8:	Paste the Webhook URL from Lynx.
Step 9:	Click Test Endpoint.
Step 10:	Choose the following settings:
Step 11:	Click Add Webhook.
Step 12:	It will be listed as one of your webhooks and the setup is complete!
