How To: Unit Level Syncing <> Linking Your Booking Automation Listings in Lynx

Steps for Linking your Booking Automation Listings in Lynx.

After you have connected Booking Automation to Lynx, you will now have to connect each listing to the Lynx listing. You will need to generate unique codes for each property you add to Lynx to do that. This happens in two parts:

Creation of the 'propKey'
Adding the key to Booking Automation.

Part 1: Creation of the 'propKey'

Step 1:	Go to https://freepasswordgenerator.net/index.php
Step 2:	Use the following setup to generate a code:
Step 3:	Click 'Create My Password'
Step 4:	Copy your new code
Step 5:	*Note: Set a PROP Key for the property when creating it so it can be accessed via API. Question: But when we are trying to refresh the property list on UI we are not getting any properties. Answer: Need to add propKey for the property in the booking automation Dashboard at the following link https://manage.bookingautomation.com/control3.php?pagetype=propertyassociation

Part 2: Adding the key to Booking Automation.

Step 1:	Please go to the Booking Automation website and Login in
Step 2:	Go to your 'Settings'
Step 3:	Click 'Properties'
Step 4:	Click 'Access'
Step 5:	Select the property.
Step 6:	Under 'API Access' find where it says 'propKey' and enter in the unique 16 digit code
Step 7:	Paste the code you copied earlier into the property and click 'Save'.

Repeat this process for each of your properties.

Important Note: You do not send us these codes, and once saved, the listings will show on Lynx. You will have to refresh your listings.

Once completed, you can go to Lynx and connect the Booking Automation Listing to its Lynx Listing.
