Set Up: Lynx with CiiRUS

Enable CiiRUS PMS Integration with Lynx

Reach out to your CiiRUS Account Manager or the CiiRUS support team (support@ciirus.com) to request 'Integration Tokens' for Lynx (VirtualKey) integration setup.

Create the Supersite for Lynx in CiiRUS (https://help.one.ciirus.com/m/75727/l/1278490-supersites)
Add all of the properties you are setting up with Lynx to the Supersite
Notify our Customer Success team when you have completed this step (customersuccess@getlynx.co) and we will review and initiate the sync on our side.

The Process:

Reach out to CiiRUS Account Manager or CiiRUS support team to request tokens	Customer	Immediately
Create Supersite for Lynx in CiiRUS	Customer	Immediately
Integration Tokens	CiiRUS	Reach out to CiiRUS Support for details on timing
Provide Integration Tokens to Lynx	Customer	Send to Lynx Customer Success when received
Enable PMS Sync	Lynx	1-3 Business Days

If you need additional assistance with CiiRUS contact their support team (support@ciirus.com).

You will be able to view reservations under the 'Stays' tab on each property in Lynx as soon as these sync from CiiRUS PMS
