Set Up: Lynx with Hospitable/SmartBnB (iCal)
What You Do:
Customers must log in to their Hospitable account to get the iCal link and enable reservation sync in Lynx.
The Process:

Caution : Do not add the PMS and the Booking site for the same property as it will create Duplicates
In Hostaway Account :

Go to your Hospitable Account dashboard to your Listings |
Step 2: | Click on the "Get iCal" button and copy the URL |
Step 3: | Copy URL next to the property whose calendar you want to export. |
In Lynx from the Dashboard

Search for the property in Lynx |
Step 2: |
Click on the edit button on the property you wish to add iCal link to |
Step 3: |
Under Booking Details option, Click +.to Add PMS/ Booking Site |
Step 4: |
Now select the booking site as "Hospitable" |
Step 5: | Paste the iCal link/URL in the box and click "Save" |
Syncing from the iCal is instantaneous. You will start seeing reservations as they sync. However, it can take up to an hour for the first full sync to complete.
Lynx will sync new reservations, changes to an existing reservation as well reservation cancellations automatically. No manual intervention is required.
