This article will help you with all the frequently asked questions related to the Cloudbeds PMS. We have divided the question into the following categories:

| Is Cloudbeds integration available on all Lynx plans? | No, Cloudbeds Integration is only available on Lynx Enterprise. |
| Where can I find instructions to set up Cloudbeds with Lynx? |

| If I have multiple Cloudbeds accounts, which should I update? | Ensure you only use the primary Cloudbeds account. If the Customer has multiple hotels, we will need authorization from the Master Cloudbeds accounts that links them all. They can then select the hotels they want to Lynx to have access to. |
| Does Cloudbeds support the Split stay option through its API? | No, Cloudbeds does not support the Split stay feature via API; stays won’t sync properly to Lynx, and guest access codes will not be created. |
| Does Lynx send access codes back to Cloudbeds? | Yes, Lynx sends access codes back to Cloudbeds so they appear in outgoing Cloudbeds messaging. See How To: Add Lynx Access Codes in Cloudbeds for setup instructions.. |
| Does Lynx sync guest check-in and check-out status with Cloudbeds? | Yes, check-in and check-out statuses from Lynx are synced to Cloudbeds. However, Lynx does not sync the property ready status. When a guest check-out using Lynx check-out code or using the check-out button on Lynx guest portal and guidebook, Lynx will sync the check-out status with Cloudbeds. Similarly, Lynx will sync the guest check-in status to Cloudbeds. Lynx does not sync property ready status. All these status(s) are available in Lynx to trigger upsell and other messaging automations. |

Yes, both phone number and email address are synced. |
| Does Lynx sync reservations made by the property owner? | Yes, all reservations including owner stays are synced. |
| How far into the future does Lynx sync reservations from Cloudbeds? | There is no restriction; syncing is based on the reservation's modified date. |
| What will happen if you Change the Listing Ids on Cloudbeds? |
Updating the Listing IDs on Cloudbeds will break the connection between Lynx and Cloudbeds, which results in missing reservations on Lynx. |
| What will happen if I move a Reservation from one room to another? | The PMS room change will take 5-10 minutes to sync with Lynx after the change is made, and once done the original Door Code from their previous room will now work on the new room. Same Code. |

| Where can I find Lynx-generated access codes in Cloudbeds? | In a custom field called & Lynx Access Code within Cloudbeds. |
| Can Lynx push multiple access codes back to Cloudbeds for reservations with multiple rooms? |
Yes! You can enable this option during Cloudbeds integration setup to support multiple codes for group bookings like weddings or large families. Below is a screen shot of how the codes will manifest for each room associated with the booking. Please make sure to update your messaging settings to include this field, as by default it will only pull the single "Lynx Access Code" field. |
