How To: Configure Boarding Pass - Guest Information Form
This guide provides an overview of how to design, customize, and deploy a professional Guest form that ensures compliance and streamlines the guest arrival experience.
When to use this guide
- Initial Setup: Use this guide to design and control what information guests must provide before check-in (ID, vehicle details, etc.).
- Feature Activation: Use this guide to enable or disable the guest data collection requirement within your portal.
- Form Construction: Use this when you need to understand the Toolbox categories and how to add/structure elements.
- Compliance Management: Refer to this when you need to capture audit records, signatures, or mandatory guest data before sharing sensitive details like door codes.
- Property Branding: Use this to customize titles, descriptions, and UI elements (colors/fonts) to match your property’s tone.
- Field Management: Refer to this when you need to modify existing labels, delete outdated fields, or change field requirements.
- Disabling/Maintenance: Follow these steps to disable the form via Guest Portal settings if you no longer wish it to be accessible to guests.

| Step 1: Enable Form |
Navigate to Group tabs on the Lynx portal and expand the Guest portal White label under the groups. Access Guest Portal settings and toggle the Guest Information Form to "On." |
| Step 2: Define Header |
Click on the Edit icon for Title and Description to Customize and replace it with anything of your own choice . |
| Step 3: Build on Canvas |
Drag elements from the Toolbox (left) onto the Canvas (center). |
| Step 4: Configure Fields |
Click the edit icon to change labels or toggle the Required (On/Off) status. |
| Step 3: Review & Save |
Check the Live Preview (right) for mobile accuracy and save the configuration. |
Enabling or Disabling the Guest Information Form

| Step 1: Locate Settings |
Go to the Guest Portal Settings menu. |
| Step 2: Toggle Visibility |
Switch the Guest Information Form On to make it accessible or Off to hide it. |
| Step 3:Impact Check | If disabled, the form will not be visible or accessible to guests in the portal. |
Visual & UI Customization Options

| Step 1: Header Title |
Click on the Edit icom for Title to add a title of your own choice. |
| Step 2: Description |
Click on the edit icon for Description to add instructions or steps to complete the form. |
| Step 3: Typography |
After you click on the edit icon for Description you can use the text editor to customize the Font Size, Font style, Text color, background color and various other options to customize the Description text. |
| Step 4: Manage Form Settings |
Click on the Edit icon for Manage form Settings to Modify the Followings : Question title font size: Button Text Button text color Font style Form background color. |
| Step 5: Colors |
Click on the expand arrow for button text color, Button Color and Form background color to do the customization for these options. You can select the color from the Ui or you can add the hex code for the color to match it with our company design and layout. |
Editing & Deleting Fields:

Click the Edit Icon next to the element name. |
| Step 3: Set Required |
Toggle the Required (On/Off) switch in the edit menu. |

Click the Delete Icon next to the element. |
