How to: Provision a Lock on the Lynx portal
This KB article will provide the steps to provision a lock on the Lynx admin portal

Apps: |
Please make sure that the locks are online on Partner Apps such as Smartthings, August, Yale Home, Schlage Home, or TTLock. Also, the lock should not have any connectivity issues onsite. |
For Smarthings, Schlage Home and TTLocks: |
Make sure that the Lock is showing as connected on the SmartThings App or Schlage Home or TTLock and that you are able to remotely lock and unlock from the App. |
For August and Yale Home App |
Make sure that the Lock is showing as locked or unlocked on the August or Yale App and that you are able to remotely lock and unlock from the App also the WIFI signal strength should be good on the App |
Step 1 (Property): |
click on the property icon on the left side menu and then search for the property.

Step 2 (Edit icon): |
Click on the Edit icon on the property page section on the Lynx portal. |
Step 3 (Smart Locks and Devices): |
Click on the Smart Locks and Devices Section on the Edit page. |
Step 4 (Provision button): |
Once you click and expand the Smart Locks and Devices Section you will see all the information regarding the lock and its integration. |
Step 5 (Process Complete) |
It can take from 5 to 15 minutes to complete the provisioning of the lock. |
Special notes:
1. After the Provisioning is completed and the Provion button bocomes green again the text on it will be updated as Re-provision Lock, Please do not click on this Button as it will start the provisioning process again and delete all the sycned codes.
2. After the the Emergency code is sycned then try it on the Lock itself to make sure that the code is not working.
Important note: If the provsioning is not getting completed within 15 minutes or the Emergeny code is not working even after it is showing sycned on Lynx portal kindly send an email to support@getlynx.co and then the issue will be escalated to the engineering team to check and resolve the issue.
