How to: Pair Garage Door Opener and Onboard on Lynx Portal
- Steps to Pair the Garage door Opener with SmartThings Hub

- Login to Samsung App.
- Click on the add or plus icon on the devices tab

| Step 2: |
- Search for Go Control - Garage door Opener.
|
| Step 3: |
- Select the Hub if there is a multiple Hub option on the same Location
|
| Step 4: |
- Press and release button on the side of the garage door opener.
- Input the fist line number on the back of the device.

- Make sure that the Garage Door Opener is paired with the Hub.
- Lock and Unlock the Garage Door by clicking on the circle icon on top on the Garage door icon.

Steps for onboarding Garage door opener on Lynx:

- Go to the integration section and Click on Verify Driver Installation and then Verify Smart App.
- Then select the garage door opener tab on Verify Smart App to confirm of the driver is installed on garage door opener

- On the Edit property page, select the SamrtThings integration that contains the Garage opener. The option to add the device will be available under the “Smart Devices” section as “Garage Door Opener”.

- Select the location where the garage opener is added on SamrtThings. Select the device type, location and then manufacturer name and then enter a name for the garage door opener device that will be used for display on Lynx.

Important Note: Garage door openers do not have access codes. They can be only operated via the open/close UI widget.
