How To: Add a Schlage Encode Lock to a Property

Add your Schlage Encode Locks or Connected by Schlage Encode Lock to Lynx in a few easy steps. These steps apply to any lock using a Schlage Encode Module. These locks do not connect directly to the SmartThings hub.

Before you begin the setup in Lynx portal, the lock must be installed and added to your Schlage Home App

In Lynx:

Note: If the password to the Schlage Encode account is changed, it will invalidate
the Lynx authorization. In other words, the password must be updated in settings
on the Lynx dashboard, and reauthorize Lynx to access the locks, or they will
show offline.
