    As the building engineer I have a lot of stuff to do on the daily to make this property what we want it to be, as does the front desk staff... Reloading and connecting constantly or otherwise trouble shooting a system that is supposed to be helpful on the daily is not the way  to a smooth well oiled machine. I need someone to let me know if we can get this system working smooth, How and When we can expect that. OR I will start exploring other options and I will make a presentation for ownership and suggest we go a different way. When I call tech support and they send me how to videos, it makes me question what we need you for at all?????
